DOMESTIC SHIPMENTS

All orders are processed and shipped Monday – Friday from 10am – 6pm. Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Orders placed after 1pm on Friday will ship the following week. All domestic shipments will require a signature upon delivery.

Orders may not be shipped to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

  • FedEx Express Saver (delivers in 3-5 business day) - $35
  • FedEx Second Day AM (delivers in 2 days) - $45

 

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a return authorization to return your items in exactly the way in which they were received, (i.e. unworn and undamaged). Requests for a return authorization must be made within 72 hours of receipt of your order. Please email us at inquiries@loriannstevenson.com with your request. You will need to provide us with a tracking number in order for us to process your return. You can email the tracking number to inquiries@loriannstevenson.com. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages.

Upon approval, and receipt of returned items, we will then refund the purchase price of your item, but not the shipping charges.

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
